I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The value for money was great and the room was fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, with everything within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The morning meal could definitely be improved.

I thought considering the price the location was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast down the road was filling and tasty and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

My only trouble was with the outside intercom system - it did not always work, so once or twice I worried about having to sleep outside! Someone always answered eventually though.

The hotel is good enough, clean, comfortable, very good location.

But - it's better the warn about the existance/non existance of bathroom from the very begining of booking, otherwise people know about it at the end

Great location, lovely rooms, and excellent value for money. This hotel was a real surprise, with clean and modern facilities that exceeded expectations. Despite the tricky entrance, the hotel's rooms and facilities offer everything you need – including a good breakfast – making for a very enjoyable stay. The kitchen facilities were an added bonus for relaxing with snacks and drinks after a day exploring.

The heating cannot be switched off in the room, during my stay it was too warm, so slept with windows open (not too much noise of city life); shower/wc is shared, even not wash-hand basin on the rooms

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby places to eat and many attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and new, providing a great value for the price. I especially loved the terrace, where I could enjoy a relaxing breakfast and take in the beautiful view. Plus, the rooms were well-equipped with attached bathrooms. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

My stay in this hotel was amazing. The location is perfect, I could easily walk to most tourist attractions. It's located next to Nevsky Prospect, a bustling street full of life and charm. The hotel is conveniently close to everything you will need in the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to provide assistance. The cleanliness and facilities were commendable with 24-hour free tea and water available.

Excellent location & price; Staff very helpful, courteous & accommodating. Don't let the fact that there is a shared bathroom turn you off, because it's kept spotless. Also, the building itself appears quite run down, however the hotel is on the 6th floor and is modern and clean. It is most suitable for those on a budget. It is not as "fancy" as what you see in the photos. Regardless of this, I would highly recommend it. There is a small reception desk; there is no lobby or bar etc. Breakfast (a good buffet) is in a 'sister hotel', known as The Grand Hotel, which is a very short distance on the same street as Sky.

Room was far too hot, and if you open the window you can hear construction work in the morning. We were told the heating is on a set timer so there was nothing the staff could do about it.

Excellent location, friendly service, clean room and the toilet/shower in the corridor easily accessible, good and sufficient breakfast. A comfortable and affordable choice for exploring this amazingly interesting city.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! You'll find it so close to everything you need in the city, making it easy to explore the many cafes spread around and the main sights, and as it's in the city center, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The room and bathroom are clean and modern, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities, such as the café area and terrace at the top of the building, are a big plus.

One downside is that the hotel entrance can be a little challenging to find due to insufficient signage at the main gate.

The good thing for the hotel is you can share the Kitchen of the hostel so you mau make your own meals if you want to save money for the breakfast + dinner .Also their hostel have the free shower that you can take a shower in the evening before you travel on the overnight train after you checked out in the morning .

Their Wi fi system only works well in the common area of the hostel . If you stay in the Hotel part of the hostel which ios at the behind of the main building . The Wi Fi can onluy rec in the 1 st floor . The 2nd floor is not able to rec in the room . So you need to do the mail in the common area of the hostel .They do not have air conditioning in the room of the hotel , It is Only Ok if the weather is not too hot . But in the summer when the temperature is high . They can onoly supply the fan is not good enough with the price you paid !

Fantastic location for everything you need while in St Petersburg. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room very basic but okay as out most of the day walking and exploring.
